Spent an enjoyable New Year's break in the heart of the city. The cozy room was clean with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for tourists, just a few steps away from shopping, restaurants, and transport links to anywhere in the city. The friendly and helpful staff were always available to provide valuable tips about the city.

The noise level during the night was a bit high, especially from the nearby bars and restaurants which continued into the early morning hours. the room lacked a working air conditioning system, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim square and the subway station. It was also conveniently close to supermarkets, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we needed. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a great area with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Moreover, the hotel provided easy access to both Istanbul airports, with a short walk to the Havabus stop. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, available 24/7 for any assistance we needed. They were prompt with cleaning and provided us with useful information throughout our stay. the hotel offered excellent value for money and we highly recommend it.

The location was great, perfectly situated for exploring the city, with a metro station and famous shopping avenue only a 2-minute walk away. the staff was friendly and accommodating, available 24/7 and happy to help with any queries that we had.

The noise levels were unbearable, with noise from the street outside keeping us up at night. the room did not look as advertised and we were disappointed to find that it was in a basement with no windows.
